There is growing concern of research on ocean acidification (OA) in Indonesian waters in the last 10 years. However, it still lack of information to similar studies overseas. To compile the data from OA research in Indonesian waters, research identification has been carried out from paper, activity reports, final project reports (thesis/dissertation) as well as seminar/workshop/presentation/focus group presentation materials. From the research identification, it was found 24 research results that relevant to the topic of OA in Indonesian waters. Several research activities, an effort to predict the implications of OA to aquatic ecosystems, have been carried out with various methods, samples, treatments, parameters, and different locations, showing varying results. Updating the compilation of research data needs to be carried out continuously, due to the needs of further development of OA research in Indonesian waters.
