Knowing the presence of parasitic infections at the aquaculture site in fish farms is an important factor in the first step of data collection and future infection control. The purpose of this study was to determine the parasites, prevalence and intensity of parasites that infection catfish (Clarias sp.) and tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) in two locations, the Oeluan fish nursery and Mandiri Kefamenanu Biofloc pond, North Central Timor, East Nusa Tenggara. Samples were taken at random from two locations with a total of 30 fish for each fish species. The results showed that there were two types of parasites that infected tilapia, Cichlidogyrus sp. and Trichodina sp. Three species of parasites have now been found in catfish, Dactylogyrus sp., Gyodactylus sp. and Quadriacanthus sp. The highest parasite prevalence was found in catfish, Gyrodactylus sp. of 21.6%, while the intensity value of the parasites infecting the catfish, 2 individuals/fish. The highest prevalence of parasites in tilapia is the parasite Cichlidogyrus sp. namely 30%, while the intensity value of parasites in fish is between 2-5 individuals/fish.
